CellCog Referrals Guide

Earn credits by inviting friends to CellCog. When they join and make their first purchase, you both receive bonus credits.

How Referrals Work

  1. You invite a friend via email or referral link
  2. They sign up for CellCog
  3. They make their first purchase (subscription or top-up)
  4. You both earn 100 credits each

Accessing Referrals

Click Referrals in the sidebar to access the referral dashboard.

Inviting Friends

Via Email

  1. Go to Referrals
  2. Enter your friend's email address
  3. Click Send Invite
  4. They receive an email invitation

Via Referral Link

  1. Go to Referrals
  2. Copy your unique referral link
  3. Share it anywhere (social media, messages, etc.)
  4. Anyone who signs up through your link is your referral

Referral Status

Track your referrals in the table:

Redeeming Credits

When a referral's status shows "Joined":

  1. Go to Referrals
  2. Find the referral with "Ready" status
  3. Click Redeem 100
  4. Credits are added to your account

If You Were Referred

If someone referred you to CellCog:

  1. Go to Referrals
  2. See "You Were Referred By" section
  3. Once you make your first purchase, you can redeem your bonus credits
  4. Click Redeem Your 100 Credits

Resending Invitations

If your friend didn't receive the email:

  1. Find the pending referral in your table
  2. Click Resend
  3. A new invitation email is sent

Grandfathering Note

Referrals made before February 12, 2026 remain redeemable at 500 credits per referral (the original rate). All new referrals from February 12, 2026 onward earn 100 credits each.

Program Terms

Important rules:

  • Referral credits are added to your top-up credits wallet
  • Self-referrals are prohibited
  • Fraudulent activity results in:
    • Removal from referral program
    • Forfeiture of all referral credits

What counts as fraud:

  • Creating multiple accounts to refer yourself
  • Using fake email addresses
  • Any manipulation of the referral system

Disabled Referral Program

If you see "Your referral program has been disabled":

  • This may indicate a violation of program terms
  • Contact support@cellcog.ai for clarification
  • Legitimate users can request reactivation

How many people can I refer?

There's no limit on the number of referrals.

Do referral credits expire?

Referral credits go to your top-up credits wallet and expire 12 months from when they are granted.

What if my friend doesn't make a purchase?

You don't earn credits until they make their first purchase (subscription or top-up). The referral stays in "Payment Pending" status.

Can I refer someone who already has an account?

No. Referrals only work for new CellCog users.

Can I refer myself with a different email?

No. Self-referrals are prohibited and will result in forfeiture of credits.

What happens to pending referrals?

They remain pending until the person signs up or the invitation expires.

How do I know when someone joins?

Check your referrals table. Status changes from "Pending" to "Payment Pending" when they sign up, and to "Joined" when they make their first purchase.
